The elegant Ember restaurant on the 7th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel offers dry-aged steaks, fresh fish and seafood dishes and one of the richest wineries in Minsk.
Seafood connoisseurs can enjoy fresh fish and seafood served by John Dory. On the menu, guests will find live oysters from France, tuna from Sri Lanka and octopus from the Italian coast.
Ember's team of chefs ferment Black Angus beef in their own Dry Age chambers for 36 to 90 days, so guests can appreciate the taste, aroma and texture of aged ribeye and t-bone.


The wine cellar of the restaurant features more than 300 positions of wines from the Old and New Worlds.
Professional Vino&Vino kavistists are always ready to help with the choice of a drink for steak, fish or pasta.
Any wine can be bought at the price of a take-away store or ordered at a restaurant by paying a corkage fee.
