If the wrong dish is delivered, the guest informs the restaurant about it and the decision is made jointly with the guest:
1. The guest is delivered the correct dish for which he paid without charging an additional delivery fee.
2. The guest will be refunded the amount for undelivered meals.
In case of complaints about the quality of the dish, the situation is resolved individually with each guest.
Cancellation of the order with the possibility of a refund can be made within 10 minutes after placing the order, in other cases, the money for the order is not returned to the guest.
